COVID-19 Our Response

We’d like to send everyone our best wishes at this challenging time and let you know our plans for dealing with COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it will affect organisations on the Te Wana Quality Accreditation Programme.

Face-to-face Activities

Reviews, training and face-to-face visits planned will be rescheduled. For each organisation affected by this, we will contact them individually to discuss specific needs and postponements. We have also received approval from AAA-NZ, our accrediting body, for any accreditation expiry dates due in the next three months to be deferred without losing continuity of accreditation.

Rescheduling Launch of New Standards

The launch of the new standards that was to be held on 27 May will also be rescheduled to a later date.

Te Wana Business Continuity

Although we are rescheduling activities, we are fortunate to be able to work remotely and will continue to operate business-as-usual. This means we can continue to be available to support any queries you have relating to Te Wana Quality Accreditation Programme.
